Hudood Allah… are the rules and Orders of Allah and we cannot change it on our own thinking…
e.g… Viraasat maiN Bhai ka Full Hissa… Sister ka.. Half..
Say… Zanna karnay walay ki sazza… 80 koRay (durray) if Married then Sangsaar (Stoned till death)
And lots more Examples..
If we or our govt … say well… To Sangsaar someone… or To hit him Durray… or Cut the hands of thieves… we will sound Barberic… and wat will WEST think… wat will ppl say abt Islam… we are Moderate Muslims… blah blah…
There is nothing as Moderate Islam… ISLAM is… Just Islam… and by Nature its Modern… coz.. its Deene Fitrat… Its rules are Build upon the Nature.
So… Murtad ki jo Punishment hay… Wo hay… if someone say its not good.. not moderate.. its compulssion… or Islam is Harsh watever… Qayaas n Ijmaa are allowed on the things those are not Clear from Quran n Ahaadees… The things those are clear… U dont have to ask for ppl’s opinion on that…
There is slight sa… diff among diff school of thoughts.. in Tafaseer and the interpretation… So… From wateve school of thought U belong to… Go to Some ALIM ( not mullah 
) and… Ask him… Inshallah U will get Satisfactory Answer.
