Have you experienced difficulty or discrimination in getting jobs, promotions, work experience, education as a muslim when you are a minority and had others favoured before you, given more help or given the job with lesser qualifications and experience than yourself or those you know? Now with the current economic climate with even fewer jobs and more graduates etc… do you expect things to get worse or are you optimistic about your or your family and friends futures?

I find the people who are given managerial positions or coached to become managers are English whites usually … There is a very definite trend that seems to want to subdue ethnics to subordinate roles in larger companies of the UK, despite there being many who can do the job blindly.
