CDG, we have never been to the fest but have heard a lot so this time we will make sure to visit. Most of the time its near the last weekend (or actually on last weekend) before schools so we happen to miss it.
anyone else who have been there?

Re: MuslimFest 2012 (SQ1 - Mississauga)
We went there on Sat and spent around 5 hours and enjoyed it so much that we went again on Sunday. Junaid Jumahaid, Zain, Mo, Dawud, Baba Ali etc were all fabulous. Lots of stuff & fun things for kids too.
Beside that Islamic art and other stuff (clothing, books, CDs, Videos etc) were also available for reasonable prices.
and yum yum food too. We tried Malaysian food (some stuffed Malaysian paratha) and it was SOOO good.
