If you are working, some interaction with males is inevitable, however, if u mean that they are ur friends like u call them over, hug’em etc, then this is not allowed in Islam.

no hugging in this case but can we shake hands especially when they put their hand forward?
what to do ,wouldn’t it be rude not to?
