Not surprised you didn’t get the point. So let me spell it out for you.
The very fact that “even an outcast” was mentioned showed that the scriptures recognized the outcast as a different category.
The bigger point is the gloating by some Hindus - trying to score a point during these times. That indicates either poor upbringing , poor religious teachings or a combination .
Not saying you specifically fall in that category.
