Muslim sister disables anti islam websites

Re: Muslim sister disables anti islam websites

Democracy isn’t perfect, but it’s about as close as it gets. And don’t you think it is unfair to compare laws like the Blasphemy Law (which has been repeatedly used to persecute Christians) with laws like the Burka Ban? I doubt any French Muslim has been killed as a result of the law.

Also, I agree that the majority may often be wrong or misled, but that’s the way it works. The merits of the democratic system far outweigh it’s short comings (like the scenario being discussed here). BTW, most of the people of Pakistan do not believe that Anti-Ahmedi Law and Blasphemy Law are in the wrong.

Everyone has a different perspective. I think that the Hudood Ordinance, Inheritance Law and in fact, ALL ISLAMIC BASED laws in the constitution shouldn’t be there; Pakistan should be secular. From my perspective, the majority of Pakistan’s population are wrong. From theirs, I’m a RAW/Mossad agent.
