lt’s make one point very clear…Islamically, INDIVIDUALS have NO right to mete out Islamic punishments. **it’s ALWAYS the duty and right of the Islamic State. This is why we must strive to establish an Islamic where Muslims can practice their religion freely…but again, this establishment of deen must come about thru Islamically legal means and defo NOT thru individual violent jihaad.

yes establishment come by legal means according to islam but also it is duty to defend our prophet(saw) by technology it allowed especially if non muslim start abusing.

if non muslim attack by violence muslim our right to defend our self even in non muslim country

your argument about law of land is correct but not complete it makes no sense, if law of land say you have to eat pig or drink alcohol you as muslim do not follow that law so not every law accepted if it compromise muslim life.
