Nobody is handing them over to anyone for trial or conviction… They are just declaired non muslims and this ruling is based on their “contradictory beliefs”… They are declaired non muslims, now they should be given all minority rights. Ahmadism is neither a sect of ISLAM/ judaism/christianity nor is it a school of jurisprudence of these religions. Ahmadism is a separate religion according to the rulling of Makkah counsel and there is consensus among all Sects or fiqas of ISLAM on ths issue. So, Word “Islamic sect” can not be used for them. That is what i wanted to say, earlier.
