See, the circumstances. In Qom e Lut majority (leaving Prophet and few of his followers) was for such relationship and therefore they didn’t have to marry for getting so called legitimized relationship. Thats why Quran used the words ‘men getting pleasure from men / men practicing lusts on men instead of women’ instead of using term ‘men marrying with men with consent’.
At all places where Quran mentions about marriage, it always addresses men to marry women. There is no question and doubt that Islam doesn’t allow same sex marriages (with consent). So a Muslim (even one who is a Muslim just because he inherited Islam) didn’t get any support from Quran to justify such marriages.
