The way Quran mentions it, how people from Qom e Lut were involved in sodomy that they even didn’t accept the offer from the Prophet to marry his daughters. This all say that it was never considered as legal act by any chance (consent or no consent). Even Quran mentions in specific words that sodomy was first practiced in Qom e Lut. No sect of Islam (instead of all the differences they should be condemned for a thousand times) allow gay / lesbian marriages.

You’re confusing the issues. 1) Sodomy is common among gays & straight people (this is not an exclusively gay thing). 2) This story comes from the Old Testament & it has to do with the lust. Btw, gays have been around in every society since dawn of the age. Its just that western societies have advanced enough to recognized them & grant them certain rights. I see nothing wrong with that.
