Side topic … But this is mainly to do with better understanding of contraception and better techniques for prevention of pregnancies while increasing the rate of unmarried sex, because that threat of pregancy is diminished. US rates are still high compared to the rest of the world.
They are more focused on the pregnancy being the problem, because of economics burdens… But I am more concerned about the fact sex is happening, because of moral issues.
