Muslim Exorcist

mal1k thanks yaar, I really appreciate that. :)

Islamabad, yeah, that’s so true I’ve noticed it too, these Mirzai’s have a habit of jumping into every other thread with their twisted beliefs to try and convert some unsuspecting Muslims, poor souls think it’s going to win them Jannat or something. I kind of feel sorry for them, they are brain washed from an early age believing everything their Jamaat leaders shove down their throats as being the truth. They should open the Quran and Ahadeeth books with an open mind and see just how twisted their religion really is. Ah well all we can do is pray for their guidance. :(

I don't doubt that at all. In addition to the evidence from the Quran and Sunnah, every culture in the world includes has ethereal beings. For example, in the west there are many stories of and people claiming to have seen or experienced ethereal beings (labelled as the ghosts of the dead). In Muslim lands, similar encounters are also often reported, though we believe that the truith is they are other creatures all together (jinns) rather than the spirits of the dead.

But I just wonder if most of the people who are allegedly posessed by jinns are in fact merely mentally deranged instead, and that rather than face the social stigma of having mentally unbalanced children, many parents prefer to explain it away as jinn posession.

Mr. Dhulfiqar,

It would be proper if we keep the discussion based on quotes from Holy Quran and Ahadith. In my post, I put a little commentary of the verse you are talking about. It would be nice of you, if you refute that interpretation of mine by using verses of Holy Quran and Ahadith.

So my question again, what did you find objectionable in my initial post?

Black magic & witchcraft Xists & it is becoz of this, that Surah An Nas was sent 2 Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W.W). Our Prophet was also affected by black magic.

Its my belief and I can swear my life on it that our beloved Holy Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) was never ever affected by any black magic or witchcraft.

Brother Mal1k, allow me to answer on your behalf.

"A Jew by the name of Labid did black magic on Rasulullah (Sallallaahu Alaihi Wasallam). He took the hair of Rasulullah and made eleven knots into a date and placed in under a rock in the well called Zarwan. The effect of this was that it created uncertainty in the mind of Rasulullah (Sallallaahu Alaihi Wasallam) as to whether he had done or not done certain things. At times Rasulullah (Sallallaahu Alaihi Wasallam) felt he had accomplished something yet he had not done so and vice versa. Jibraaeel (AS) informed Rasulullah (Sallallaahu Alaihi Wasallam) as to what had occurred and brought the above mentioned two Surahs. Rasulullah (Sallallaahu Alaihi Wasallam) together with the Sahaaba (Radhiallaahu Anhu) went to the well and removed the knotted hair. As each Aayat was recited, the knots untied miraculously. At the eleventh knot, Rasulullah (Sallallaahu Alaihi Wasallam) was relieved. (Tafseer Ibn Katheer vol.4 pg.614; Darul Ma'rifah)"

Please kindly read the Moratorium. It is still in effect for this Forum.

and those two surahs were Surah Naas and Surah Falaq.

There are differing opinions amongst many scholars about the effect of sehr (magic) on the Prophet :saw:. I myslef agree with those who believe that although the Jew did magic but it did not effect the Prophet :saw:. You may read it for yourself in the Urdu tafseer of the Quran printed by the Madina Almunawarah printing press. And Allah knows best.

Sorcery is mentioned in Quran when Moses (as) went to the Pharoah. The sorcerers in the court bewitched the eyes of all people present and made ordinary ropes look like snakes. Quran uses the term "bewitching the eyes" not turning ropes into snakes literally.
So sorcery is just the art of visual illusions. David copperfield is a sorcerer. Witchcraft is something more complicated but is a natural phenomenon. Someone can influence others by ESP (extra sensory perceptions). These can not be seen but their existence is a proven fact. Through inborn qualities and practice etc, people can move objects with this power that god has bestowed upon man. Thats why bad eye or jealous eye is another thing that is mentioned in Quran in Surah Falaq. Our bodies have energy fields which affect us every second of the day. Sixth sense. There are people who can change these energy fields or make use of them to bring about change without physcial means.
Jinn as in demons doing things on the order of a witch or peer or someone is just a myth. Yes if you call these energies (ESP, energy fields) as invisible forces (Jinn) then ofcourse jinns do such stuff every day.

Assalam Aleekum
First, please stick to the topic.
She has to read few articles about Aqeedah Tawheed.
