What you mentioned is ‘Islamic principle’ but these dheet Fitna-gar people are not even proper Muslims. They are quacks claiming to be guardian of Islam.

On the other hand, in Islam, state has nothing to do with individual’s personal beliefs and deeds. State can only interfere in mamlaat (dealings of people with each other).

Yes … beliefs become mamlaat if they are propagated using the liberties of the system … if the system is Islamic then the propagation against the religion of the state is considered treason.

Again I state all it requires is for someone to deny any accusation and by Islamic law he should be let free … even if he was doing it … he repents … he should be let off.

By the way who are the fitna-gar the accused or the accusers or both ???
