Muslim Cancer Support is assisting with a program on health in the Islamic tradition next weekend and I urge all of you to come and to bring your family and friends. We are bringing Hakim Archuletta (a naturopath, homeopath, and traditional Hakim trained in the Unani sciences of South Asia) from New Mexico. The program will be relevant to all of us who are looking for ways to change our lifestyles and adopt healthy practices into our daily routine. Hakim’s schedule is as follows:
Friday March 10th, 2006 – Speaking at University of Toronto (Sidney Smith Bldg) at 6:30pm on Prophetic Medicine ($5 tickets at door).
Sunday March 12th, 2006 – Full day program 9am - 9pm at Islamic Foundation with various sessions on the Islamic Tradition of Health and Healing. $20 tickets at door and it includes lunch and organic dinner. See the flyer at "][/SIZE)
