Muslim Brotherhood didnt come into power in Egypt through violence and terrorism. It came iinto power through proper channel of democracy. Inspite of these facts, why some fanatics find it necessary to portray them terrorists?

Well, the party that was dominated by MB members was not. They have had a past history with terrorism, but their current behavior seems to imply that they've parted ways with that path. Now, if ever, self-preserving violence would be justified on their part.
Currently, I don't think anyone accept fanatics who hate the MB buy into the rhetoric that the political purge of the MB is related to terrorism.
