Re: Mushy cooked rice

I once heard of a recipe that used left over rice, with a few other ingredients, made into balls and fried at the end. I just can’t remember the ingredients. Perhaps you can can use boiled potatoes and cheese? Add to rice, mush and mix everything well together with spices, make little balls or patties and fry.

Lentil and rice soup.

^ you could use it for baby food, feed it to the birds, or make sticky rice with mango and coconut milk (thai restaurants serve this dessert)
