Mushtaq Ahmed, the former leg-spinner, has been named Pakistan’s bowling consultant. His appointment was made on the recommendation of the PCB’s coach selection committee and okayed by newly-appointed head coach, Waqar Younis, the Pakistan board said in a release.
Mushtaq, who previously worked in a similar role with England, signed his contract on Monday and will begin to work with the team immediately.
The PCB said former offspinner Saqlain Mushtaq was also short-listed for the job, but lost out to Mushtaq.

Re: Mushtaq Ahmed named Pakistan bowling consultant
I'm not sure if that position was even needed being WY as head coach. But atleast they didnt make another fast bowler a bowling coach. Mushi has some coaching experience as well and he understands different teams very well, so not a bad choice.
