who me yarra sorry i was kinda feeling sick... sore throat,,,so i decided not to infect u all :p
but ended up goin to this chinese place in boxhill,,, 20 bucks per head,,, without the drinks,, n well the food wasnt that nice,, i mean it was alright,,, but not my taste.... then we went to st kilda,, had some ice cream,, n i just got back home,, n i think i,m gonna catch a baddd fluuu... my throat is already killing me :(

theres no fore left to pump the iron anymore mate :(
i havent been to gym for like 4 months now...eating pizzas, ice creams, junkfoodds n wat not,,, i,ve got a flabby stomach and a double chin now :(
everyday i decide yeah i,m gonna start from tommorow...
i was feeling particualrly pumped up after seeing wolverine in Xmen 2.... but kismat re kismat,, i fell sick right on that day... so yeah.. dunnoo,, things arent lookin too good right now...

i hope u feel better soon... its just real wierd weather here as well..

and with the exercise.. i reckon if u think too much bout it.. it never happens.. do it when ur brains not working.. like in the morning.. thaz what i do.. jsut before fajr.. get up and wake the house up with my treadmill... feels great... flab doesnt go.. but feel fresh :)

i know for me it,ll only take a month,, month n a half to get back in shape :)
and nopes,, ur mind has to be in for u to achieve the results,,, if u focus n do the same amount of effort,, the flab will go awaay ;)

i think theres two sofia's... one is in camberwell.. we went to the one in wheelers hill.. its an italian palce...

na not halal.. had to eat vegetarian stuff...
