The handpicked judiciary and the sold politicians (like Maulana Fazlurahman bought with money, land) are by no means worthy of saying a coup was legitimate. Also, same goes with the sham referendums these military dictators are so fond of carrying out to justify their illegitimate actions.

Couldn't he used his brain what he was doing? Was he retard to understand that by obeying other generals he was violating constitution of Pakistan? He should face punishment what he did to Pakistan. This appearance was technical need . His bailable warrants were issued and he performed a surety bond and in case of not appearing before the court a non bailable warrants were expected and than a bail was required from a court of law to avoid arrest , So his lawyers convinced him to appear in this case .
