Well i said, it is not wrong to put your own favorite people in Pakistani politics or politics anywhere... You said right is always right and norm is not. Now some political party's person may be less or may be more qualified then the previous one, but his positioning may be more politically motivated rather then based on merit. And this has happened in the Pakistani politics before. Now Waqar may be more qualified then his predecessor, and he might not have any thing to do with the current coalition government, but even if he was realated to this govt. and would have fulfilled the criteria for this job, his positioning would have been a right move. This happens in politics all over the world, that when parties come in power they bring their own staff and bureaucrates in.
