So basically, when he visits a country that is infamous for its continual suppression, harrasment and incarceration of its Muslim population, he is good. When he talks about educating his people in something other than religous-inspired hatred, he is bad?

Yes...We are now entering a stage which is very similar to USA...Like when the war rhetoric is in full swing and you join in, you are good...But when you say that the war against Iraq is unjustified, you are bad...Just like that...

oh,, i don't know why i posted this in political forum,, actually,,, when i was talking about good and bad,,, i was actually talking just about the picture,,

oh just so u raised the topic,,,,

i want to know,, why are muslims in xinjiang campaign for seperation with china apart from reason that they are communists....

i heard its more like the kurdish reason for seperation,, just about history,, and patriotism,, something which is horrid,, and detested in islam,,,

but also China acts stupidly towards them,, after sept 11, they arrested a lot in xinjian,, even many poor farmers,, and respectable teachers..
