For me, anyone while holding government office (as politician or bureaucrat) made money inappropriate way using influence of that office, is ‘haram-khour parasites’. We can know them from their extravagant living or their children extravagant living, beyond their known source of wealth or income. Obviously, government can investigate a person’s wealth or income, but if such person in office is themselves government, or have protection of government, than military has right to shoot these parasites as well as people in government protecting such person.]
