Musharraf returns

Re: Musharraf returns

it is extremely disappointing to see those chest banging leaders claiming to trial mush for article 6 as soon as he landed. Now they are silent as they have never learnt to talk against him, most probably apnay 'aaqaon' k hukum per.

What to say when you see that after all these years of ruling pakistan, these morons still dont have the balls to go against saudis or americans.

As for Musharraf, he can do whatever he wants because he is 'protected'

Re: Musharraf returns

Re: Musharraf returns

Some forces are not ready to see democracy in Pakistan .US and its permanent puppets and agents are trying to derail the democracy . I don't bather that who will win , It is the sole right of people of Pakistan to elect those whom they like but here the situation is anti democracy , The worst for Pakistan , without democracy we shall be worst , more bad than Afghanistan because ,without democracy we can not be united any more .

Re: Musharraf returns

When people want to handover their daughter in marriage to someone they make sure that the groom is not kanjar. If even there is perception of groom being Kanjar, they would throwaway the marriage proposal. They try their best to not marry their daughter to anyone and cry later when Kanjar shows his Kamina-pan after marriage, right?

When people want to send their daughter for tuition, they make sure that the person is educated, capable, and not rapist. Even if there is perception that the person is uneducated, incapable, and rapist, they would never employ the person as tutor. They try their best to protect their daughter and do not send their daughter to such person than cry when she comes home pregnant, right?

When people want to employ manager for their business, they make sure that the person they are employing is educated, capable, and not thief. Even if there is perception that the person is incapable thief with fake degree, they would not employ such person. They try their best not to employ anyone and cry when the person destroys their business and stole what they have, right?

When people want to employ servant for their house, they make sure that the person they are employing is honest, capable, and not thief. Even if there is perception that the person they are employing is dishonest, incapable, and thief, they would not employ such person. They would try their best not to employ anyone and later cry when the person do robbery in their house, right?

And so on:

**So .. when business, children, house, etc are so important for a person then what about country? Is country less important? Is it not true that when dishonest, Kanjar, thief, crooks, etc get into assembly, they do massive damage to the country and in process to everyone living in the country?

Thus, is it not right that when a Nation wants to give the country in the hands of someone (claiming to be politicians), those someone should be scrutinised severely for everything, should be open book to the nation, and their education, honesty, loyalty, trustworthy, capability, and talents, etc are without doubt? There should not be even any perception of them being dishonest, untrustworthy, crook and thug ... So that when they are in power, they serve the nation only and not themselves ... they do not loot, plunder, mismanage, misuse, misconduct, or do nepotism, etc ... and thus destroy the country and bring misery to whole nation?**

At least with inter-pass army generals, they are scrutinised from day-one they join the army at 18, in every way, and get scrutiny at every stage of their promotion. Army even know if they are circumcised or not. It is not like what we have with politicians, about whom no one except few of their close one knows that they are circumcised or not.

Thus, I believe whatever is happening, it is for the best interest of the nation and country ... and I hope with time, things should become more severe with heavier punishment for violation of any kind by politicians whom nation once elected gives their trust and power to rule. This severe scrutiny should keep increasing until day we start getting only honest, trustworthy, and capable people in power ... not because people elect them but because only such people get permission to go to public for election.

Re: Musharraf returns

Agree scrutiny will help everyone but isn't Ayaz Amir's disqualification an overreaction by the concerned returning officer? 'Ideology of Pakistan' is a matter of debate. It should not be used to disqualify a person. I don't support PML-N but Ayaz is a writer who speaks openly about Pakistan ideology and religious bigotry in society in his weekly columns. How is that a crime?

Re: Musharraf returns

^^^ Abhi tou ibtadah hay, agay agay dekhyea hota hay kiya,

It is possible that those who do not like scrutiny are making scrutiny so absurd that later scrutiny becomes questionable.

So, we can only wait and see what turns up over time. It is possible that with time sanity comes in (good day for Pakistan), or scrutiny itself becomes questionable (bad day for Pakistan). :)

By this analogy, Martial Law is like someone kidnaps your daughter and forces her to marry him on gun point, even though legally he is not an eligible groom.

Re: Musharraf returns

Funnily enough, it is PTI that took a stance, and filed a case against Musharraf. PPP and PML-N seem to be eerily quiet on the issue. Fruits of NROs present and past.
