Musharraf returns

Re: Musharraf returns

I really feel surprised on ignorance that is prevailing amongst Pakistanis that army chief should not bring martial law whatever the situation.

Well, if politicians would be dishonest and use all what is in their power to loot and plunder, than why not army chief also use all in his power to stop, rather kill, such corrupts

Or

As some say that army chief could be corrupt too. Chalo, maan liya kay woh corrupt hain, than why army chief should not use all in his power to throw corrupt politicians out, get into power and do corruption themselves (why leave corruption for politicians, bureaucracy, judges, etc)?

If one is willing to accept corruption, nepotism, misuse of power, mismanagement and incompetency of corrupt politicians … than why not willing to accept martial law regardless of how they rule, or even expect that military general would not use (or misuse) all in his power to get rid of Kanjar politicians.

Regardless, Pakistan has always seen progress in economics and social life whenever Pakitan had military rule, and always seen deterioration in economic and social life whenever politician ruled. That is different matter than propaganda of politicians would like people to believe differently (but facts are verifiable).

At least army generals are Inter-pass (according to AP) and have gone through scrutiny and security-check all their life and also shown competency and ability by getting promoted to the post of army generals … not like Pakistani politicians who are Angotha-chaap (could not even read or write .. jahil-e-mutlaq), proven corrupt, goonda of their area, never gone through scrutiny of any sort nor ever had security-check.

Re: Musharraf returns

Why only Musharraf? Why all who ate laddoo working for Musharraf should not be hanged too, as article 6 not only make those guilty who brought martial law, but also those guilty of likewise crime who helped and cooperated with martial law. There should not be selective justice, else no one should complain if selective killing by those with guns also starts in country.

Thus, all judges, politicians, bureaucrats, journalists, etc … who sided with any pas dictator ever (including Musharraf) should also get hanged under article 6, that includes Iftikhar Chaudhary, Sharif brothers, Fazlu, JI office bearers, including present chief of JI, etc.

Well, Imran Khan is not sacred cow either, so he should get hanged under article 6 too, as he helped Musharraf in establishing his rule (remember referendum). To say that Imran is now sorry does not stand in front of law, as all criminals do that.

Re: Musharraf returns

All past dictators are dead, hanging them now is too late. Musharraf is on the other hand is alive. When he did his misadventure, that gentleman should have know what he was doing. Even he kicked N$ in 1999, I said at that time he should announce elections in 90 days and went back to barracks where he belonged. But lust of power and money makes one so called professional commando as Eunuch. He came with the promise of eradicating corruption but when left unceremoniously after decade, he made country more corrupt than before.

He made u-turn and played double cross between uncle Sam and and to his own people. This corrupt thug I don't know what he thought when he decided to come back to Pakistan, he shouldn't have. I agree with you all who supported this EUNUCH when he grabbed the power were also responsible and they should be tried accordingly.

On question is still bothering me. While in power why he always behaved and talked like Punjabi Havaldar, originally belonging to Delhi, could have spoken SALEES Urdu.:) Perhaps the power in his head made him camouflaged as Punjabi Havaldar rather than a literate person from Delhi/Karachi. So stupid.:)

(Please don't get the wrong message. Same was discussed in this forum while he was in power:))

Re: Musharraf returns

Sir… why you included Iftikhar Chaudhary ?? :hmmm:

What a person can do when he is forced by superior powers on a single unwanted path ?? :@:

Re: Musharraf returns

Sachaydino: It seems you do not read :). Zara parhna seekho. You are not political candidate that you can get away as angotha chaap. To write on forum, you need to read and understand. :)

I am not talking about just past dictators, but their helpers, cooperators, and supporters too, as they are all guilty of same crime, that is high treason, and is punishable in same way according to article 6. Thus, if dictator is dead then obviously he could not be punished, but what about those who helped, cooperated and supported that dictator, they should be punished.

Re: Musharraf returns

And what made you think He (CJ) was his supporter...

Re: Musharraf returns

Iftikhar chaudhary should have resigned and should not have assisted Military takeover in 1999.

By not resigning, rather taking oath under PCO (thrice), accepting promotion by Musharaf from Baluchistan high court to Supreme Court, by accepting CJ of Supreme Court position given to him by Musharraf, by giving judgment validating military takeover (1999) and signing on judgement that Mushrraf even has right to amend constitution … iftikhar Chaudhary and other judges cooperation with military takeover was crucial. Chaudhary was blue eyed boy of Musharraf, and serve the dictator as SC judge as well as CJ of SC.

Thus, all judges of courts from 1999 to 2008 (as they all worked and helped dictator), along with Chaudhary Iftikhar is guilty of high treason according to constitution (article 6)… and should be punished in similar way as military dictator (according to constitution article 6).

Re: Musharraf returns

*Live Today Fight Tomorrow...

*He played good... and at that tiime.. what else could He have done ?? :@: Resign ker deta... phir ?? Musharraf ne apna banda le aana tha aur kya hona tha ?? ye r==== rona chalta rehna tha...

But in a long run... Justice came up with power...

He is not a bad guy afterall @ (CJ) and He is the One who is now punishing that dictator on his mischieves

Re: Musharraf returns

Iftikhar Musharraf hee ka tou banda tha :) He started barking because Musharraf tried to stop him from doing corruption. :)

Re: Musharraf returns

and who informed you that ???

Can you plz be elaborate ???

Well Let me tell why their conflict arouse… It was due to the Steel Mill Karachi.. jo Musharraf bechne wala tha.. Not only this… Why the Heck Musharraf forced into India without the permission of other 2 outta total 3 Chiefs :hoonh:

sirf wohi nahi aur bhi bohot si baatein hein jiski waja se inka patch up nahi hosaka.. can aap btayeey … what’s in ur mind abt CJ’s corruption

Re: Musharraf returns

I heard bone of contention was Ateeqa Odho :halo:

Re: Musharraf returns

Bhai, aap suni sunaee batoon per kuch zaidah yaqeen kar laytay ho :).

Pakistan was selling SM for ~$500 million (plus expected share in profit and taxes) when in world of business an entity is worthless if they are loss making. Many world Steel Mill in much better condition then PSM got sold for much less. Result is that, instead of Pakistan receiving money for SM, has already spent over several billion dollars in bailing out PSM, and still the mill is running on continuous loss. Will Iftikhar going to compensate Pakistan for the losses he caused to the nation on PSM case.

Anyhow, if PSM would have got sold then Musharraf would not have got anything, rather it was open bidding and Pakistan treasury would have got all the money.

Main contention was that, media started circulating stories of Iftikhar corruption, and that forced Musharraf to take action against him, else Iftikhar was the blue eyed boy of Musharraf, and that is the reason he promoted him twice … once from Baluchistan high court to Supreme Court and later made him CJ of Supreme Court. Musharraf also raised salary of SC judges from around Rs 20,000 a month in 1999 to around Rs 140,000 a month in 2007.

Re: Musharraf returns

Not Pakistan balke Musharraf was selling PSM :@:

and coming to your point of raised salary… kya ye acha nahi hua ??? itni mehangai me aap expect ker sakte hein 20K per living wo bhi aik SC Judge ki ?? :bummer: this is a good move..

Infact logon ki salaries barhni chahiyein and corruption ka paisa salaries me jana chahiyeey…

On the other han.. salaries barheingi to corruption mein qadray kami aayegi :@:

and Sir.. SM ab loss se bahir aarahi hai.. infact ab to slag bhi high rate pe de rahe hein SM wale… khair Iftikhar ne kahan corruption ki ye baat nai share ki aapne..

Aapki baaton se lagte hai jese aap razamand hoon SM sale kerne per … is it true ??

Re: Musharraf returns

lol @ suni sunai… bhai saab be positive :hehe: sab ne hi suni hoti hai ya TV pe dekhi hoti hai…

ummmmm ya phir aap wahan thay ??? :hoonh:

Re: Musharraf returns

What I meant to say is that, please do some search and think, instead of believing what Pakistani Lifafa journalist say blindly ... :)

Please check the letter written by Naeem Bukhari on corruption of Iftikhar Chaudhari that got published in all sort of media, and that caused many to write about ‘corrupt judge of Musharraf’, many writing that Musharraf talk against corruption and still he appointed corrupt Judge in Supreme Court, whom Musharraf later made CJ too. Thus, when all this gone out of control, Musharraf asked Iftikhar that if he would like to resign or contest charges. Iftikhar decided to contest charges, and when Musharraf send reference to SJC and suspended Iftikhar in while investigation goes on, Iftikhar and his team of monkeys started bhangra on road instead of letting SJC investigate. Later SC stopped SJC from investigating Iftikhar and asked lifting of Iftikhar suspension, that Musharraf did.

[please check for Naeem Bukhari letter and reference that was sent to SJC for investigating Iftikhar, and all would be clear].

As for SM, Pakistan was selling 75 percent share for ~ $ 375 million … with promises of huge investment so that SM not only become profitable but should expand too. If SM would have become profitable, Pakistan would have started getting dividend on 25 percent share and taxes on profit.

Now, check prices world Steel Mills were and are getting, and you would know that PSM was going expensive.

Since 2008 to now, Pakistan has already given PSM several billion dollars, just to keep the mill running. It means, if PSM was sold then Pakistan would not have only got $375 million but would have saved billions of dollars (even if Mill would not have got into profit).

I do not know how sale price of PSM would have got to Musharraf or any in government, as they were not selling the Mill cheaply underhand that they were going to get commission, but they were selling the mill in open bid and expensive, so why anyone buying Mill in open bid and expensive would have given government official any commission?

Naeem Bokhari - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Open letter controversyHis open letter against Chief Justice Iftikhar Mohammed Chaudhry[SUP][2]](Naeem Bokhari - Wikipedia)[/SUP][SUP][3]](Naeem Bokhari - Wikipedia)[/SUP] published on Feb 16, 2007 created a controversy and this is also attributed to the eventual dismissal of the Chief Justice by President Pervez Musharraf. The Punjab Bar Council reacted only after March 9, 2007, when the controversy had reached a peak and dismissed his membership in Punjab Bar Council. Subsequently, his membership was renewed.

Re: Musharraf returns

Some of the charges SJC was suppose to investigate … March 19, 2007

Full text of the reference against CJP Justice Chaudhry was leaked to the press on 19 March 2007.[SUP][6]](Suspension of Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry - Wikipedia)[/SUP] The main charges against CJP Justice Chaudhry are as following.

  • CJP forced government officials to unlawfully help his son get admission to medical college and then had him appointed as Grade 18 Police Officer.
  • CJP was entitled to use a 1700cc car, but he used a 3000cc Mercedes and kept several other vehicles in his use in Lahore, Islamabad and Karachi.
  • CJP required more protocol than he deserved. He required senior officials to receive him at airports and was also using helicopters and planes to go to private functions.
  • Use of a BMW Car “RAZIA 1” by his family
  • Different Oral and Written Orders in cases worth 55 million PKR
  • Asking for more perks than he was eligible for.

Problem is not that charges were right or wrong as that would have been known if investigation would have gone ahead. Problem is that, if charges were wrong then why Iftikhar had to take help from monkeys to do ‘Bhangra on road’ so that SJC stop investigation, and in the end, SC illegally stopped SJC from investigating Iftikhar.

Obviously, an innocent person would not have objected to investigation, rather, would have liked that investigation happening … not by those who could victimise him wrongly, but by senior most three Supreme Court judges and 2 CJs of high courts (that is what SJC consisted of).

Re: Musharraf returns

Hmmm... Well I have heard abt it and I dont really believe on that letter as well as Naeem Bukhari..

I can also write a letter.. or I can ask my cousin who is a session judge and a former MPA as well.. He can write it if I pay him much..

and that SM thing... it only needs good governance than a huge investment out a profitable outcome... as far as rates and profit.. I am familiar to everything as I am into this work... har cheez me profit ya loss nahi dekha jata... Pakistan ki Baqaa ki kuch hai :@:

and agar 1 sirf 1 samajhdar insaan SM ko lead kare to lazam hai din ko shaam aur shaam ko din hone se pehle wo track pe le aayega... just we need good people

khair leave everything and answer 1 thing... kya aap apne ghar ka aik kamra sale kareinge mujhe ???

kitni cheezein sale kerni hein Pakistan ki ?? kab tak ye chalta rahega ?? itni investment outsiders ki hogi to yahan ke log kya kareinge ?? mazduri ? ya mou takte raheinge ?

Re: Musharraf returns

to kya ye baatein sach sabit hogaein ?? :@:
