jews mostly came to Palestine to settle in Tel Aviv which was a city founded in 1909 by Jews from Jerusalem for Jews
most of the European Jews settled in Tel Aviv Area and its population was over 300,000 by 1947
the british didn't stop the jews from coming into palestine until the 1930's
