The point is that he said that state sanctioned disappearances started under musharraf which is FALSE! They happened under bhutto [kasuri mysteriously got killed in a car accident for which bhutto was accused in case after his overthrow] and benazir & babar had tons of "fun" in karachi where man disappeared like crazy.
Absolutely right. It's amazing how people forget the reality. :)
