Such claims are similar to claims that Clinton is getting around $300,000 per lectures (obviously you could not expect people quoting a copy of payslip or payment cheque :)). Only thing is that I am and was not interested in doing donkey work of looking for them, so first such claim I found I posted above. For me, I do not think that such claims are untrue. If you or anyone do not believe than it is not my problem. 
Anyhow, here is another such claim dated Sept 2009 by someone who is also in law profession (Chaudhari Fawad Hussain), knows Musharraf, knows Musharraf lecture engagements, bookings for future lectures, knows what Musharraf must be getting paid for those lectures, and I do not think there is any reason for Fawad to lie. According to this report, Musharraf went for 40 days lecture engagements lecturing in 17 American states, getting ~ $300000 per lecture. So, even if Musharraf was giving one lecture per state, he must have earned over $5 million dollars in those 40 days.
I do not see any reason that Musharraf would be getting less money today than what he was getting yesterday neither I think that his engagements must have got reduced. Actually, after Pakistan got political thugs in power, situation has gone worse. Drone attacks increased from 14 sorties during Musharraf rule (till mid 2008) to several hundred sorties, and same is true about suicide attacks and other terrorist activities in Pakistan, so it is obvious that people would like to hear how things were so much under control when Musharraf was in power … I mean, situation was so much under control that government in Feb 2008 even held election in Swat, FATA and other ‘NWFP’ places. Surprisingly, parties that took most seats from NWFP in 2008 election were ANP and PPP, and today situation of terrorism in NWFP is such that members of both parties are hiding from killers of Taliban terrorists. So, seeing all this happenings in Pakistan, logical analysis is that, for western audiences, Musharraf demand to give lectures on the issue and his payout for those lectures must be rising.

Musharraf to Embark on 40-Day US Visit
Former Pakistan President Pervez Musharraf, currently in the UK, will embark on a long visit to the US from September 14 during which he will meet President Barack Obama, indicating that he is unlikely to return home soon where there is a clamour for putting him on trial.
Musharraf will be in the United States for 40 days during which he will deliver lectures at various universities, a close aide of the former President has said.
“Musharraf is expected to meet Obama in the third week of October during his visit to the US,” said Chaudhry Fawad Hussain, a member of the legal team appointed by the former military ruler to defend him in Pakistani courts.
Hussain claimed Musharraf has been offered USD 300,000 per lecture by American think tanks and other institutions.
“Only former US President Bill Clinton is being paid as much for delivering a lecture and nobody else is being paid more than this amount,” he said.
**Musharraf will deliver lectures in 17 American states, speaking on issues like Pakistan’s national security, nuclear programme, future of Afghanistan and impact of the Afghan situation on Pakistan, Hussain said. Another topic of his lectures will be the role of the Pakistan Army in the war against terror.
