some people from india or karachi use to much zer in their language thats why its "himaqtain" for some people and "hamaqtein" for luknowi people. even i heard lot of people saying "ichaar" instead of "achaar". okay i'll check lughat too.
errr I learnt my urdu from my mum, and nana ... a lukhnawi family and they never said hamaqat :)
