you want answer, thank to every law in pakistan, police arrest innocent people and then they hang innocent people to death. innocent people are put in jail for 1 year to life in jail. not even benazir has been able to get rid of every law in pakistan.if there is no law in pakistan and no police, not one innocent person would be put to death and not one innocent person will go to jail.

who is using islam to torture innocent people,(it is busharref who is torturing innocent people suing that so called secularism ) if you guys are so right then why don't you bug other laws which are not islamic and making innocent people suffer?why only Hudood law. if you want a law to end becuase it is making innocent people pay. then why not ask to end every other law too, cause ther is no LAW that only is being apply to criminals. innocent people are suffering not becuase of huddood law, but becusae of police, the way pakistani court works, and becuase of our munafeeq leaders.

i will say agian… EVERY LAW NEEDs TO GO BECAUSE INNOCENT PEOPLE ARE BEING SEND TO JAIL. IF THERE IS NO LAW, NO INNOCENT PERSON GO TO JAIL.

Please do not confuse this so called Hudood ordinance as Islamic, cause it is not. Reason why this particular ordiannce is so repugnant is because:

1. It affects the weakest segment of our society, meaning women folk. These poor citizens of this coutry need more rights and protection not further abuse.
2. Ordinances issued by a dictator which impedes rights of the citizens deserves to be challenged, morally, politically, financially and legally.

By the way, which other laws in Pakistani courts do you find to be repugnant as the Hudood ordinance, please do educate us?

Speaking of your beloved Busharraf and his supposed compassion for rape victims, maybe some of you can recall what he had to say about the lady doctor raped in Balochistan. Even before the investigation had begun, he declared the chief suspect not guilty

Not suprisingly the investigation committee declared the army captain innocent and in the end the lady doctor was held responsible for the rape. How pathetic.
