ISLAMABAD: A Pakistani anti-terrorism court on Saturday issued an arrest warrant for former president Pervez Musharraf over the assassination of ex-prime minister Benazir Bhutto, a public prosecutor said.

Musharraf, who was president when Bhutto was killed in December 2007 in a gun and suicide bomb attack, is in self-imposed exile in London.** He will not be going back to Pakistan for any court hearing, his spokesman said**…

Reacting strongly to the warrant, barrister Muhammad Ali Saif, secretary-general of Musharraf’s All Pakistan Muslim League (APML) party, accused the government of not following legal procedures.

“I will rather call it unilateral as arrest warrant has been issued without hearing Pervez Musharraf,” Saif told AFP…

I am surprised that how Mush is dealing this issue. UN commission has accused him only for not providing the required security for Shaheed B.B.
He is already facing the charges for Bugti.
It is time for him to clear his position about this.
If he thought him safe there,It will be not good for him.
He knew much more and if he is not guilty, he should must come out with truth.
Interpol help could be sought to bring back Musharraf: Awan

Well regardless of my love for Musharraf, i think someone should become an example for others. Hence red warrants, capture, transfer & Hang him.

elections are coming... elections are coming..
all parties are preparing for the elections this year. PPP's move of arrest warrent is to appease all those buhtto loyal jiayalas and to come out as anti dictator party.
Plus this blocks mushi from coming and participating in elections.

Us
We the help less Pakistanis.
They are playing with us.
They did not learn any thing from Saqoot e Dhaka .
They destroyed our unity,our economy ,our education,our culture.
They killed our leaders and now
We are here left with their tools.
Tools are as low grade as their bosses.
Look at their names and the bosses who have no name.

Of course he wants to be heard but has no chance of getting anything of a fair trial.
