I think be rational here. Mr. 10% was only responsible if he was for 10% of commissions he got from the deals in the past. He was jailed for more than 10 years which is unlikely for any other politicians or dictator, which I think desereved more severe punishments than him. I have already opened a thread about his current working as President. Keeping in view the limitations and pressures he is facing, I think he is still in the passing grades.
