No need to make it so complicated, just have an ordinary mushaira where people can come and read poetry they like. Keep it simple.

That is why I put the opening shair of the ghazal (so both misray have same Wazan/ radeef / Qaifiya)
Ok lets pick the second Misra
jis tarah sookhe hu'e phool kitaabon mein milain
do both misray have to be in same radeef (considering that first misra of every other sher after matla is normally not in the same radeef in a ghazal)?
tum aye ho is mehfil mein youn bin bulaye hue
jis tarah haddiyan jo hamein kababon mein milain :p
