lol I don’t know what the big khajoor is called.
Khajoor paste is used in many things like ice cream, cakes, lemon squares, butter tart, dates chutney, etc.
I am not a fan of sandal sharbat but it’s good for a change. We usually get rooh afza and cardamom sharbat with tukmaria seeds, and alternate between the two.
