1) Pehlee baat ye ke 'I believe in the medical profession it is considered unethical to operate on family members'
2) Dusree baat ye ke your brothers are getting old and the longer you wait the more complicated the procedure becomes and recovery time increases. You probably may not have the equipment to cater for older people if your standard procedures cater for only small children.
