Why some peoples just fold a corner of Musallah/Jaynamaz from a side instead of folding whole after finish offering prayers. I wonder what is the reason behind folding it from a corner?

That is a myth, that if you leave the Musalla laid out unfolded then Shaitaan will pray namaaz on it (should not that be a good thing? 
)

is a good thing to convert shaitaan into Islam in such way.
But still pplz do the same (fold a side of it).
