Musa Khan Khel, correspondent of Geo News Killed

LAHORE: Federal Minister for Information Sherry Rehman Wednesday denouncing tragic killing of Musa Khan Khel, correspondent of Geo News and The News in Matta area of Swat, termed it an attack on independence of media.

She said the murderers of Musa Khan will be arrested and tried in the court of law.

The Information Minister assured of complete financial support by the government to the family of Musa Khan.

I just cant understand why and how a human life is so worthless in Pak that anyone can be killed so easily... thats so pathetic

its a shame. From the articles and interviews i read about him the pattern suggests the security forces didnt think too much of him. PLus tie this to the way Hayatullah Khan was killed, shot in the head and thrown out of a car. If the militants did this they would have cut his head off. I blame the security forces, because he was also denied coverage of the peace talks there. These two articles are a must read.
