Murree hotel and visit

I never been to Murree but want to visit Murree on my trip to Pakistan in March this year. Any tips on hotels and where to stay/visit. I may have a week or so to stay.

There a million hotels in murree. don't worry. just look up reviews.

We've been to Murree a couple of times but preferred not to stay in the city itself overnight. The surrounding areas are much nicer. PC Bhurban is an obvious choice, but there are also really good hotels in Nathiagalli, etc.

Agreed with what Umer said. Nathiagali is far better place to stay than Murree.

Though I agree with Umer and Sufi as I always stay arounf Nathigali and Khanaspur side but I had a nice experience in Murree recently during snowfall... True, its a big no to stay in Murree during summer time but there is a very comfortable place called Lockwood Hotel near Mall Road. You can check it at facebook or youtube. It was built in 1880 on a 3 acre lot and has nice solitude of old colonial times. You can get a nice bed room (3 beds around Rs 4,000 or 2 bed for Rs 3,000) in off season such as March.. Another choice a bit expensive would ve Morning Side 34 hotel on Kashmir Road.

If you want to stay around Nathiagali, check out Le Grande in Chica Gali, Green Top at Nathia Gali or if you want to go up-scale get PC Bhurbun.

You will have plenty of hotels to choose from in Murree. But I remember we stayed at Pearl-Continental in Bhurban, which is not too far from Murree. It is a little on the expensive side, but definitely worth the price.
