I am consulting 3rd Party Web developers from Lahore for making this portal,
I've already added these requirements in my quote. As per them
For Pictures ( If you meant Pictures of the apartments)
Java script enabled picture gallery has been integrated in the web pages.
In addition to this I've also asked for the integration of "Google Maps" in the web page so that customers would have a better picture of the location of the apartments.
For Customer Support
Initially email support would be available. Third party issue tracking system (MANTIS) would be integrated in next phase.
