There are several good hotels in Murree. I can recommend you Hotel Faran which is situated on Kuldana Road (Near GPO Chowk). It has got everything what you need.

Hotel Faran would be best for Honeymoon couple because it is a famous one and also not very expensive. Al-Ain Hotel is also good which is just besides Faran Hotel.

Well whenever i go to murree with my friends we stay at either the Lockwood or Cecil Hotel.These are the best and and most Posh hotels in Murree.The building of these hotels was made in Victorian times and so is the decor.The buildings are of gothic style.
These buildings also served as the office of Viceroy to India from British Empire and his subordinates and officers.

Last time when I went to Muree, I stayed at Federal Lodge # 2. It is right on top (4 minutes walking) of Mall road.
I found it very nice.

Is federal lodge open for general public? it not tht clean i guess.. i Stayed there couple of years ago n it was messy n having troubles with water

i heard that Hotel Grand Heights is good too.. they charge normally 6500 PKR for standard single room..
