hey you have to go to your dentist i think its really important because you didnt visit your dentist for last 2 years

we need professional cleaning after ever 6 months (and NO we cant do it at home)

you should go for simple cleaning and it takes only 15 to 20 min max.

i would really really urge you to first go to your dentish and get simple cleaning done and then after that you can try other home remedies for your high cholesterol......

you can post another thread for high cholesterol problem..... we have many smart guppies who can help u with that

@thread-starter: multi bhai :D why do you have to chew the damn thing? pani k sath tablet ki terha nai lay saktay? Aur bad breath can be primarily because of stomach issues, woh check kerwa lo. Plus, use a good mouth wash, subha aur raat ko.

You have to get dental floss and mouth wash for yourself, and a duct tape to stick it on your mangaytar's nose :D khalas!
