Just wondering… when changing your son’s diaper, how do you deal with them doing No. 1 midway through the change? i can imagine them throwing a trajectory in Mum’s direction but it would go everywhere else too right?
Do i keep a small cloth on hand/ wear an apron??? just cant imagine taking repeated showers throughout the day to get paak from their little kaarnamy Particularly if its a winter baby… poor little thing will get cold as soon as its opened up… i was thinking of using an air heater and placing it in his direction.
Pinks I always wash him facing away from me in the sink or when bathing him. While changing I have him lie on the towel and wrap it like a langout or just make sure it is covered while I give mini massage or while getting the diaper.
the pee pee teepee's are pretty useless, i found. the fabric is pretty light so they shift when the kid pees.
i always had a paper towel square on when i was changing his diaper, and during the winter, it helped to use a wipes warmer as it was being touched with a cold, wet wipe that had him peeing. but yes, at times it does arc everywhere but usually in a straight line so if he's lying horizontally in front of you, then it would go to your right and shouldn't be hitting you :p
Pee pee tepees are useless..mthey r so light they jst don't stay in place.....
As soon as I open diaper.. I put wipe on him... N it's been 3months without any acciden
during changing i keep a clean nappy under the dirty one. when he's clean i take the old one out and the new one is already under him. when i see that he is ready to shower i just put he nappy over it which is already under his bump
About the na paak issue.. I've heard that baby's pee is not dirty in that sense. My nephew was sitting on a prayer rug and his nappy leaked. Mum said its no big issue as baby's pee is not dirty that you would need to shower or wash the prayer mat
