Pls read carefully - the arcticle clearly says that the bombers were NOT PAKIS. They were Indian Muslims (LeT operatives) trained in PoK with the 9/11 terrorists.
The Maharashtra govt. is a "pseudo-secular" Congress govt. It is in their interests to show this as a Hindu extremist act, and win support/votes from their core Muslim voters. If they have not done that, it means there is overwhelming proof pointing to Al-Qaeda/LeT involvement.

PP, you totally are confused about the kind of evidnce countires need to accuse other countries. It is not a run of the mill murder for which you need an eye witness or overwhelming circumstantial evidence. If India provided an eye-witness evidence, you wouldn't accept it any way. All that matters is Bush is now convinced that pakistan is exporting terrorism and so is Karzai. Whether you are or not does not matter an iota.
