I don't want to defend the video here, but why is India not providing "solid proof" to Pakistan so any action can be taken against the alleged perpetrators?

ISI chief has sent (or agreed to send) a representative, why is that difficult for you to understand? Besides, you didn't answer the question, why India has not provided any evidence to Pakistani authorities?

If India wanted to work hard to fabricate solid proof it would not have come out so fast saying that the guy is Faridkot. It is not just Faridkot, cell phone details also show the calls emanating from Karachi.It helps to know that Pakistan is willing to take action once India provides solid proof.

Again, if there are solid proofs it would make sense to provide the proof instead of just talking "we have proof we have proof". What do you think Pakistan can do without having any evidence to investigate? Jump from cliff?
