Multivitamins

Does anyone know of desi(gharelu) substitutes for multivitamins?

Applying the rule of cause n effect, you have to tell why were you suggested multivitamins at first. Desi totkas kick in for the symptoms.

You can purchase Whole Foods Multivitamins. Garden of life is a good brand. Other brands are also good. The vitamin bottle should have a label Raw Whole Food vitamins.

You dont have to worry about gelatin and stuff, because these vitamins are vegetable based and strict vegan. They also have Live enzymes that are good for tummy and Live probiotics.

I would just recommend eating lots of fruits and vegetables…but depending on what vitamin you need you may have to take supplements.
