In the UK there are Pregnacare conception vitamins specifically targetted towards concieving, my doctor recommended taking them because they have folic acid along with all the other essential multivits. They are available for men as well..

Take an OTC prenatal. I took Nature Made or Trader Joe's.

but the one i saw, DHA i guess contains gelatin.

^ yes, that was a problem with every DHA supplement I found in the US.
