which ones best for girls?
theres millions of brands out there? Which do u use? and ive heard it makes u gain weight. Is that true?

Women's One-a-day.. I remember alot of women here voted for that one. Also Primrose Oil was another recommended one.

A multivitamin doesn’t make you gain weight. I remember learning in health class that often times urine will be yellow after consuming a multivitamin and this is because your body is going to use however much it needs from the pill and flush out what it doesn’t.

Certain vitamins such as B and minerals such as chromium can help to even reduce hunger. As we grow older…our bodies need LESS food to maintain our weight. The problem is that most people don’t want to adjust the amount of food that they consume and they don’t exercise regularly, SO THEY GAIN WEIGHT. Your metabolism starts slowing down when you get into your 30s…(Scary, I know)…and so you have to work harder to maintain your weight/figure. (And yes, i understand that there are exceptions to the generalization).

Plus, nutritional deficiencies can cause health problems. Believe it or not, your B vitamins are your happy pills. They actually play a role in helping to keep mood/swings and depression away.

Same here in the US. I bought a bottle for me and one for men for my husband only to my dismay to later read that it contained gelatin. 6 months later, their still sitting on my dresser!
