Multivitamins for women

Any recommendations for multivitamins for women? I’ve noticed dark circles under my eyes and hair loss :teary1: and I’m pretty sure it’s because of my unbalanced diet.

try finding the kosher or halal one. i recently found out most use pork gelatin.

One a day is constantly changing its 'formula' currently it has gelatin in it. Nature's way Alive is a good all natural mutlivitamin

What Mabrook said. In the end it would turn out that you need to find a formula without any beef gelatin in it. The ones that I've found are ok are Jamieson's VitaVim.

i feel like i've gotten good results from this. not sure about the dark circles though, might be something the doc could help you with

GNC Women's Ultra Mega is the best I've found yet. No gelatin and it has all the daily requirements

i sell halal vitamins online.....if you are interested let me know...these are very good and organic...also halal certified...i personally use them...Also for the dark cirlces maybe you are not sleeping well and not drinking a lot of water...try to drink a lot of water
