what does multani mitti, sandlewood, and rose water do for ur face? My roommate was telling me that she uses it on her face. Is it kinda like the basin mask ordeal? And has anyone tried it?

it has an extremely drying effect. it sucks the grease (for those with very oily skin) out of your skin so poeple with normal/dry skin should avoid it at all cost.

I've tried sandalwood back in teenage days.
We got this chunk of sandalwood n every night before going to bad i'd scratch a bit of wood from the chunk and let it sit in water to soften it then mix it up and make a paste of it, chuck it on my face till it dried and washed it off.
It worked wonders but only on teenage skin.
It does have a drying effect on the skin but it makes the skin glow
