That may be true. However it is not only Baloch, but you could mention many tribal insurgencies around the world.
Nagas, Nexals, Kashmiris are few of the many in India.
Tamilians in Sri Lanka
E. Timor (little quiet these days) in Indonesia
Moros in Phillippines
Chikma in BDesh
Kurds in Turkey, Iran, (used to be in Iraq as well).
and the list goes on.
I feel tribals should be given some sort of autonomy like USA has given to Amish enclaves or Indian reservations. However tribals must uphold the national laws and avoid any terroristic and criminal activities.

Militants getting help from Afghanistan: Gen Arshad said the militants were well-trained and had links with Afghanistan. “Many of them are getting money and weapons from across the border,” he told AFP, adding that the militants were “in contact with members of a hostile country in Afghanistan,” an apparent reference to India.
Now this is something to raise in UN/world level platforms, India/Afghanistan make noises about Pakistan supporting extremists/terrorists in their lands, if Pakistan finds such evidences/information why don't we raise the flag at international levels? Why are we keeping quiet?
Thanks for other info PD, hopefully militants will leave the areas but with borders not sealed they are likely to come back again... thats why we really need to seal the borders.
