Mullah Umar is a factious charterer created by ISI in the late eighties to lead Taliban, like Friedrich Nietzsche who created Superman. Since Mullah Umar’s warranty had expired, he had become irrelevant hence he was declared dead many years ago. If OBL could be taken out, had Mullah Umar a real person he would have been killed by a drone a long time ago.
